LA-Story.com Feature on Spitter

by David Eckoff on November 28, 2009

StevieWilsonStevie Wilson from LA-Story.com wrote a nice feature on Spitter.com for her blog covering LA and So. Calif as a style center, lifestyle and a state of mind.

Stevie is “A Girl in the Know and on the Go!”, and a dynamite social media marketing person – and we’re happy to be featured in LA-Story.com.

Our favorite part of the feature: Stevie compares the launch of Spitter.com to the movie “Ocean’s 11″.

“Like something out of an “Ocean’s 11″ movie, specialists from the original team were recruited from across the country to create Spitter: a former executive out of Seattle; another out of Atlanta; the original design artist out of Nashville; thus creating a “virtual company” that relied on experience more than actual location, a strong advantage in a recovering economy.”

(The truth is stranger than fiction: Peter Gruman is often mistaken for George Clooney and I am often mistaken for Matt Damon… so we’ve got that going for us, which is nice.)
